Tessaly Page is a living-history performer who has 'been' a Viking navigator, a Silk Road merchant, a Renaissance apprentice, a Victorian telegraph girl, and four hundred other lives — each researched down to the shoe leather. Her one-woman museum runs on a bottomless costume trunk and a rule she never breaks: the past is people, not dates, and she plays them all with their dignity intact.
