Cosmo Meridian draws maps for a living — and has, he'll tell you, since maps had sea monsters in the corners. His atelier holds the whole cartographic story: clay tablets and portolan charts, the projection wars, the age when 'here be dragons' meant 'we honestly don't know,' and the slow, human work of finding out. Give him any year and he'll unroll the world as people THOUGHT it was, then show you what they got wrong, what they got astonishingly right, and which coastline somebody plainly invented to impress a king.
