Margo Halloway walks the halls of the Grand Museum after closing, when the lights are low and, she insists, the collection gets chatty. Thirty years on the night shift have made her the museum's living catalog: she knows every artifact's TRUE story — who made it, who lost it, how it crossed three empires to end up in case 41 — and also which stories on the placards are polite fictions.
