WEISUN has added a dedicated 310 x 310mm chamber to its AQWOL-5S Smart Clean Room and Inert Gas Oven for FOPLP lines, accommodating 25 panels per cassette with eight-zone damper control, and maintaining ±3°C temperature uniformity while reducing purge gas needs. The unit operates from room temperature to 200°C in a Class 100 clean environment with in-chamber oxygen under 50ppm, mirrors the standard 700 x 700mm configuration in core specs, and can be paired with W-AIMS software that uses ML models to guide maintenance.
