Stellantis recalls 955,000 vehicles worldwide over rear-view camera software issue
Stellantis is recalling about 955,000 vehicles worldwide, including 848,000 in the United States from 2026–2027 model years, due to radio software that may prevent rear-view cameras from operating. About 107,000 additional vehicles are affected in Canada, Mexico and other markets, with an over-the-air software update planned and no accidents reported; regulators have long emphasized rear-view cameras since 2018 due to backover crash risks.

The Chrysler Pacifica is a minivan produced by the Chrysler division of Stellantis since the 2017 model year. Replacing the Chrysler Town & Country, the Pacifica is the sixth generation of Chrysler minivans, taking its name from the 2004–2008 product line. Along with serving as the first minivan with a plug-in hybrid drivetrain, the Pacifica has also served as a platform for autonomous vehicle development.
