Singhs Vietnamese permanently closed both of its San Antonio locations after an announced brief hiatus in August, with co-founder Eric Treviño thanking staff and loyal customers for the years of support. The mealtime brand, which started as a food truck in 2018 and later expanded to UTSA Boulevard in 2026, did not disclose a reason for the closures, prompting grief from longtime fans as the St. Mary’s Strip and UTSA Boulevard sites shut down.
