Miracle on the Hudson
From 2009 · a Good News classic
Three minutes after takeoff from LaGuardia, a flock of geese killed both engines of US Airways Flight 1549. Captain Chesley 'Sully' Sullenberger glided the Airbus onto the Hudson River, ferries reached the wings within minutes, and every one of the 155 people aboard survived. Sully walked the sinking cabin twice to make sure it was empty before leaving.
