IJR.ai respects intellectual-property rights and expects the same of its users. This page explains how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and how to respond if your content was removed.

1. Where to send a notice

Send copyright infringement notices to legal@openserve.com with the subject line "DMCA notice".

Our designated agent's details will be published here once the registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is complete.

2. What a valid notice must contain

·Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list, if there are several).
·Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (a direct link is best).
·Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
·A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
·A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
·Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the person who posted it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.

4. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing:

·Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
·A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
·Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found).
·Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we forward it to the original claimant; unless they notify us that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored in 10 to 14 business days.
