Archer to Acquire Boeing Wisk, Insitu; Board Observer

Archer Aviation will acquire Boeing’s Wisk Aero, SkyGrid and Insitu subsidiaries, financed by 19.75% stock plus $200 million in warrants and a Boeing investment with a 12-month lock-up and other post-closing covenants, creating a broad collaboration framework.
