Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire LCN Capital Partners in a deal valued up to $410 million, expanding its real estate platform with LCN’s sale-leaseback, build-to-suit, and triple net lease investments across North America and Europe. LCN, with about $3 billion in assets under supervision and a track record across 10 funds, is set to join Goldman Sachs Asset Management, with the deal expected to close by year-end 2026 pending regulatory approvals.
