TBC Bank Group Completes OLX Uzbekistan Acquisition

TBC Bank Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in OLX Uzbekistan through a joint venture with Titan Investments, holding 50% plus one share and acquiring 100% of OLX Uzbekistan after regulatory approval. OLX Uzbekistan will continue operating under the OLX brand as a stand-alone platform, with plans to add financial and payment services to deepen engagement and fuel growth.
