Wisconsin’s Democratic gubernatorial contenders Francesca Hong, David Crowley, Kelda Roys, and Joel Brennan are making closing arguments as they compete to challenge Republican Tom Tiffany, with Crowley riding Gov. Gov. Tony Evers appointed Katie York to the Court of Appeals – District IV to fill the vacancy created by Judge Brian Blanchard’s retirement, with a term ending July 31, 2028, and separately named Monroe County Circuit Judge Todd Ziegler to the District IV Court of Appeals to replace Judge Chris Taylor, with a term ending July 31, 2027.
