Green co-wrote the song with Jessi Alexander, Erik Dylan, and Wyatt McCubbin, and it was produced by Dann Huff. The song features a sample of Toby Keith's "As Good as I Once Was", and as such, Keith and Scotty Emerick are credited as additional co-writers.
