The Floor

The Floor is a Dutch game show that has been airing from 8 January to 26 February 2023 on RTL 4 with Edson da Graça as host. Format In this game show, play 100 candidates in the studio. The 100 players have each a topic assigned for the recordings, furthermore, each player was then given their own subject drawn in the studio and represented by a box on an interactive LED floor. At the beginning of the game show, the computer randomly chooses one player on "the floor" and this candidate is then told what the topics are of the players in the adjacent boxes. These topics also appear on the "floor". The candidate can choose one topic from these and must then compete against that player. The two candidates leave "the floor" and end up on the stage, playing a duel. On stage, the players each have 45 seconds in which they take turns to see a photo of the chosen topic, they then have to guess what is depicted in the photo. The candidates only switch answers once an answer is correct. If a candidate doesn't know an answer, can pass. When a fitting takes place, the candidate must wait three seconds before the new photo is taken. The player whose time runs out first is out of the game.
