HealthGAFA Expands to Nine Nations
GAFA has expanded from four to nine members, adding Canada, France, Germany, Japan, and Switzerland, with Ireland and Belgium as supporting partners, as the AIS-led alliance broadens its global effort to improve female athletes' health and performance through shared research and resources. The expansion brings in national Olympic committees and sport institutes, reinforcing a push to close research gaps and accelerate the dissemination of evidence-based information on female-specific injuries like ACL tears worldwide.
