Swiss Prime Site posted a robust first half of 2026, with FFO I at CHF 2.15 per share (up 2.4%), net profit rising 17.2%, and EBITDA up 4.6% excluding revaluations, while rental income and the owned property portfolio both climbed, confirming continued earnings power and portfolio quality.
