Stephen Hubert Murray (1908–1994) was an English barrister, known as a local politician. He was a chairman of Cumbria County Council, and was prominent in enquiries into the expansion of Windscale. An avowed Communist of the Spanish Civil War period, he was treated with suspicion by the British security services for some time afterwards.
