SportsOrioles Activate Basallo From IL For Yankees
The Baltimore Orioles activated catcher Samuel Basallo from the injured list for the game against the New York Yankees, returning after a shoulder injury and reclaiming the role as the clubs' top catcher after the team traded Adley Rutschman. Narváez will start at catcher with Basallo at first base and Pete Alonso at designated hitter, and Basallo is hitting .241 with 16 home runs and 46 RBIs this season.
