Sabah ( Ṣabāḥ Lebanese pronunciation: ; born Jeanette Gergis al-Feghali, ; 10 November 1927 – 26 November 2014) was a Lebanese singer and actress, specializing in mawwal genre, a popular form of traditional music in the Middle East. She had performed in many Egyptian movies and songs.She was named the blackbird for her strong and rhythmic voice.
