National Grid has applied for the admission of about 50.86 million ordinary shares under its 2025/26 Scrip Dividend Scheme, including 219,257 ADRs, with dealings expected to commence on 23 July 2026 and share pricing set at 1,197.70 pence per share or US$80.5453 per ADR. The stock has seen a modest rise supported by regulated earnings and ongoing infrastructure investment, with a Buy rating on NGG from TipRanks Spark at a $85.50 target amid mixed near-term momentum.
