Matthew Joseph Marcos Manotoc is a Filipino politician and athlete who is currently serving as the vice governor of Ilocos Norte since 2025, he previously served as the governor of the same province from 2019 to 2025. He was a senior provincial board member from the second legislative district of Ilocos Norte from 2016 to 2019.
