Liu Ming is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in southwest China's Yunnan province. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in May 2024. He served as director of the Yunnan Provincial Audit Office from 2012 to 2016, party secretary of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from 2007 to 2011, and mayor of Lincang from 2004 to 2007.
