Linggir

Linggir was a 19th‑century Iban leader from the Paku Valley in the Saribas region of what is now the Malaysian state of Sarawak. He is known primarily for his role in the mid‑nineteenth‑century conflicts and alliances that shaped relations between the Iban communities and the Brooke administration.
