Irene Laskarina was Empress consort of Nicaea. She was a daughter of Theodore I Komnenos Laskaris, emperor of Nicaea and Anna Komnene Angelina. Her maternal grandparents were Alexios III Angelos and Euphrosyne Doukaina Kamatera. Her sister, Maria Laskarina, married Béla IV of Hungary.
