Grogan Named GE HealthCare CFO, Effective Sept. 14
GE HealthCare Technologies appointed William K. Grogan as chief financial officer, effective September 14, 2026, succeeding interim CFO George A. Newcomb. Grogan’s compensation includes a $900,000 base salary, a 100% target bonus, a $3.3 million LTIs target, plus a $550,000 cash sign-on and a $4 million one-time RSU grant to offset forfeited LTIs, with detailed vesting provisions; Newcomb will remain as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
