Sam Mehta Named CEO, Kubasik Steps Down
L3Harris Technologies named Sam Mehta as President and Chief Executive Officer and added him to the board, with Lewis Hay III becoming Independent Chairman after Christopher Kubasik’s departure as Chairman and CEO; the changes are effective immediately. The leadership shakeup also created new president roles for Lauren Barnes (Space & Mission Systems) and Christopher Aebli (Mission Critical Communications) as Mehta leads the company’s largest revenue segments.
