The 2026 PBA Governors' Cup, also referred to as the PBA season 50 Governors' Cup, is the third and final conference of the 2025–26 PBA season of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The 23rd edition of the Governors' Cup started on July 10, 2026. The tournament allowed teams to hire foreign players or imports with a height limit of 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m). A break is held from August 15 to October 6, 2026 to make way for the preparations for the upcoming FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers and 2026 Asian Games, the conference will be extended for 5 months. The TNT Tropang 5G are the defending Governors' Cup champions.
The Macau Giant Pandas, which last played as the Macau Black Knights in the previous conference, returned as a guest team.

Format
The following format was observed for the duration of the conference:
The teams were divided into 2 groups, based on the previous conference's conference finish on a weighted average, with 40% for the Commissioner's Cup, and 60% for the Philippine Cup. This was identically distributed to the reverse drafting order.

Teams in a group will play each other twice (12 games per team in Group A and 10 games per team in Group B). Teams are then seeded by basis on win–loss records by basis of groups. Ties are broken among point differentials of the tied teams.
The top four teams per group will qualify to the crossover best-of-five quarterfinals.

QF2: Group A #2 vs. Group B #3
QF3: Group A #3 vs. Group B #2
QF4: Group A #4 vs. Group B #1
The two winners in each group will play in the best-of-five semifinals.
SF1: QF1 vs. QF3
SF2: QF2 vs. QF4
The two remaining teams that came out on top in their respective group will play in the best-of-seven championship series.
Elimination round
The PBA suspended games scheduled on August 9 due to inclement weather caused by the southwest monsoon.
