Vinette Robinson (born 1981) is a British actress. Her TV appearances include roles in Sherlock, Black Mirror, Boiling Point, and as civil rights campaigner Rosa Parks in the Doctor Who episode "Rosa". Early life Robinson was born to a Jamaican father and a British mother. She grew up in Bradford. Robinson went to Primary and Secondary school in Bradford, then did drama in sixth form at Intake High School in Leeds, along with weekly courses at the Scala School of Performing Arts theatre school in Leeds.
