A Rock Hill man, 20-year-old James Conner, died when his 2007 Chevrolet Silverado struck a guardrail and overturned on an I-77 southbound exit ramp (Exit 82) in York County early Sunday; a 20-year-old passenger was injured and taken to Piedmont Medical Center, with the crash under investigation by the Rock Hill Police Department's STAR team.
