Omar Abdullah rebutted J P Nadda’s assertion about the JKSSB paper leak, stressing that the irregularities occurred in 2022 under a Lieutenant Governor–led administration, not under an NC-Congress government, and questioned whatever became of the High-Level Committee’s report. He also noted the High Court’s directions to investigate and pointed to the 2022 cancellations and the controversial use of Aptech Limited for exams despite prior blacklisting.
