Valeura Energy has announced a revolving and expandable credit facility of up to US$75 million, with an accordion option to US$325 million, backed by a syndicate including ICBC Standard Bank, Macquarie, Trafigura, and UOB, aimed at funding value-enhancing acquisitions. With roughly US$320 million cash on hand, total liquidity would reach about US$645 million, and the three-year facility carries a 4% margin over SOFR on drawn amounts and no mandatory repayments in the first two years, subject to lender conditions.
