Iron Lung is an upcoming American science fiction horror film written, directed, produced by, and starring Mark Fischbach (known online as Markiplier) in his feature directorial debut. It is an adaptation of the 2022 video game of the same name by David Szymanski. The film was announced in April 2023, near the completion of its filming.
