Adani Solar-Bribery Case Dismissed, Some Counts Remain
A U.S. judge dismissed criminal charges against Indian billionaire Gautam Adani after the Justice Department abandoned the bribery and fraud case, with Judge Nicholas Garaufis pressing for a fuller explanation of the decision.
