Argenx plans $2.2B Forte Biosciences deal
Argenx has agreed to acquire Forte Biosciences for about $2.2 billion in cash, offering $77 per Forte share and funded entirely from Argenx’s cash to complete a Q3 2026 closing after standard approvals and tender conditions. The deal adds Forte’s FB102, a first-in-class CD122 antibody for vitiligo and celiac disease with potential broader autoimmune applications, boosting Argenx's immunology pipeline beyond Vyvgart.
