Emma Myers (born April 2, 2002) is an American actress. She began her career as a child actress in 2010 when she appeared in The Glades. In 2022, she made her breakthrough by starring as Enid Sinclair in the Netflix series Wednesday. Emma is set to make her mark in the BBC Three TV series A Good Girls Guide To Murder by portraying Pip Fitz-Amobi, and upcoming Netflix comedy series Family Switch by portraying CC Walker.
Early life
Emma Myers was born on April 2, 2002, in Orlando, Florida, to Nicole and Jeremy Myers. She has three sisters and is the second eldest among them. She attended a homeschool cooperative and, in her own words, "never had a traditional school experience". From her mother's side, she is of Greek ancestry.
Career
Myers began her acting career as a child actress in 2010, making her debut in the TV series The Glades. She started acting professionally at the age of 16. Myers appeared in A Taste of Christmas (2020) and Girl in the Basement (2021). In 2022, she had her breakthrough role, starring in the Netflix series Wednesday as Enid Sinclair, a late-blooming werewolf and roommate of Wednesday Addams (portrayed by Jenna Ortega). She also appeared in Southern Gospel (2023). Myers will next star in the Netflix comedy film Family Leave alongside Jennifer Garner, Ed Helms, and Brady Noon, as well as playing the lead character Pippa Fitz-Amobi in the television adaptation of the murder mystery novel A Good Girl's Guide to Murder.
Personal life
Myers is a fan of K-pop, specifically the group Seventeen. In a 2022 interview with Teen Vogue, it was stated that The Lord of the Rings and Star Wars fandoms were "two fantastical pillars of online fandom that shaped the way Emma saw the world". Myers describes herself as an introvert.
