Camp Rock 3 Cast Expands; Jonas Brothers Return
Demi Lovato will reprise her Mitchie Torres role as a cameo and also serve as an executive producer on Camp Rock 3, joining the Jonas Brothers who return as Connect 3, as the film brings a new generation of campers back to Camp Rock. The movie debuts August 13 on Disney Channel with Disney+ streaming to follow, and the storyline centers on Connect 3 losing an opening act and returning to Camp Rock to discover the next big thing along with Lovato’s return.

Demetria Devonne "Demi" Lovato is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. After appearing on the children's television series Barney & Friends (2002–2004), she starred in the Disney Channel short series As the Bell Rings (2007–2008), and as the titular character on the sitcom Sonny with a Chance (2009–2011). Lovato rose to prominence for playing Mitchie Torres in the musical television film Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010). The former film's soundtrack featured "This Is Me", her debut single with Joe Jonas, peaking at number nine on the US Billboard Hot 100.
