Two fishing vessels, the Tabitha and Nora J, collided about 22 miles offshore of Grays Harbor, Washington, with the Nora J sinking after taking on water and three crewmembers being rescued by Coast Guard crews; the Tabitha assisted on scene and there were no injuries or pollution reported, and the incident is under investigation.
