Paul X. Williams

Paul Xandros Williams (February 19, 1908 – January 24, 1994) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Education and career Born in Booneville, Arkansas, Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas in 1929 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1930. He was in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant Commander from 1942 to 1946. He was an Assistant United States Attorney of the Western District of Arkansas from 1947 to 1948. He was a Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Arkansas from 1949 to 1967. Federal judicial service
