Henry Leo Brewster (October 16, 1903 – November 27, 1979) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Education and career Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Brewster received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Texas School of Law in 1926. He was in private practice in Fort Worth from 1926 to 1962. He was an assistant district attorney of Tarrant County, Texas from 1935 to 1939. Federal judicial service
