Lyntris Files US IPO, Plans NYSE Listing
Lyntris, a Falls Church, Virginia-based defense technology firm backed by Trive Capital, filed for a U.S. IPO on the NYSE under the ticker LYNX, aiming to raise about $300 million with six-month revenue of $241 million and a net loss of $13 million for the period ended June 30, while serving 200+ defense programs and highlighting no single program dominating revenue. The company markets “sense-to-act” connectivity across sensors, hardware, and software for DoD and allied customers, with Evercore ISI, Citi, Guggenheim Securities and others serving as underwriters.
