Lyntris Files US IPO, Plans NYSE Listing
Lyntris, a Falls Church, Virginia-based defense technology firm, filed for a U.S. initial public offering to list on the NYSE under the ticker LYNX, with Evercore ISI, Citi, Guggenheim Securities and others as underwriters. In the six months ended June 30, the company reported revenue of $241 million and a net loss of $13 million, up from a loss of $9.7 million on revenue of $179.1 million a year earlier. Trive Capital remains Lyntris’ largest shareholder, owning about 69%. The company serves more than 200 defense programs for the U.S. and allied forces, with no single program accounting for more than 7% of 2025 revenue. Lyntris is aiming to raise up to roughly $300 million in the IPO and traces its formation to 2018, when Accelint and Vitesse were merged by Trive Capital; it offers integrated sensor hardware, sensor architecture, and data/software platforms across maritime, air/missile, and space domains. The business emphasizes sense-to-act connectivity to support warfighters’ early threat detection, faster decision-making, and precise action in contested environments.
