Donald S. Voorhees

Donald S. Voorhees (July 30, 1916 – July 7, 1989) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Education and career Born in Leavenworth, Kansas, Voorhees received an Artium Baccalaureus degree from the University of Kansas in 1938. He received a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1946. He was a United States Naval Reserve Lieutenant from 1942 to 1946. He was in private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1946 to 1947. He was in private practice in Seattle, Washington from 1947 to 1974. Federal judicial service
