Nvidia Invests in Naver, Expands AI Data Centers
Naver secured a $1 billion equity investment from Nvidia to bolster a global AI factory buildout and expand its data-center capacity toward 200 MW by 2028, backed by roughly $9 billion in project financing arranged with Brookfield. The deal also aligns with Naver’s planned $10.3 billion acquisition of Dunamu and an expansion of AI infrastructure beyond Asia-Pacific toward Europe and the Middle East.
