Unity Metals hits 40m gold at O’Phlay

Unity Metals reported its first modern drill hole at the O’Phlay Gold Project in Cambodia intersecting 40m of gold averaging 1.9 g/t from 82m, with a high-grade 5m interval at 10.5 g/t, the best Cambodian result to date and prompting an expanded 3,000m program as mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth. The intrusion-related gold system, hosted in diorite with quartz-arsenopyrite veins, is associated with GAIP chargeability anomalies guiding follow-up drilling, with assays pending for holes 2–4.
