Francis Kerschner Myers

Francis Kerschner Myers (March 7, 1874 – August 2, 1940) was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of South Carolina. Education and career Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, Myers read law to enter the bar in 1896. He was in private practice in Charleston, South Carolina from 1896 to 1908. He was a law clerk and court reporter for the Charleston Circuit Court from 1898 to 1908. He was a master in equity for the Charleston County Court of Equity from 1908 to 1934.
