David N. Hurd

David N. Hurd (born May 9, 1937) is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Education and career Hurd was born in Hancock, New York. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1959. He received a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1963. He was in private practice of law in Utica, New York from 1963 to 1991. He was an assistant district attorney (part-time), Oneida County District Attorney's Office from 1966 to 1967.
