State of Wyoming continued to adjust its equity portfolios across multiple companies in the first quarter, with notable increases in several positions and one reduction. It reduced its Dycom Industries stake by 21.0%, selling 1,378 shares to hold 5,182 shares valued around $1.76 million. The firm also expanded its Delta Air Lines stake by 72.7%, holding 17,471 shares valued about $1.16 million. Additionally, Wyoming raised its stake in Federal Signal Corporation by 124.8%, owning 9,798 shares worth roughly $1.06 million. The fund increased its position in Applied Optoelectronics by 129.9%, to 10,571 shares valued at about $894,000, and grew its Flywire holdings by 72.3% to 98,409 shares worth around $1.15 million. Together, the disclosures illustrate Wyoming’s selective rebalancing across transportation, industrials, and tech-related equities during the quarter.
