Wealthspire Retirement LLC Expands ETF Holdings in EM Treasuries S&P 500
Wealthspire Retirement LLC expanded its ETF holdings across several funds in the first quarter, including boosting its stake in Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets ETF (VWO) by 9.2 and adding to positions in other ETFs such as iShares 1-3 Year Treasury Bond ETF (SHY) and iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV). The firm also initiated a new sizeable position in FT Vest SMID Rising Dividend Achievers Target Income ETF (SDVD) with about 645,000 shares, valued at roughly $14 million. In addition to these moves, Wealthspire increased its stake in the SPDR Portfolio Short Term Corporate Bond ETF (SPSB) by 17.7%. Notably, IVV remains Wealthspire’s largest holding, with more than 463,000 shares and holdings valued at over $300 million, while SHY also saw a meaningful addition. The activity, together with other hedge funds adjusting positions in these ETFs, underscores ongoing active institutional participation in mid- and short-duration equity and fixed-income funds. Overall, Wealthspire’s first-quarter activity reflects a broad repositioning across growth, income, and core fixed-income exposures.
