Toll Brothers Plans Luxury Communities Nationwide
Toll Brothers announced multiple new luxury home communities across the U.S. In Las Vegas, Reflection Ridge in Summerlin is coming soon with three all-new two-story designs inspired by mid-century modern architecture, featuring 3,300 to 3,800 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms, and 3-car garages, with a one-stop Toll Brothers Design Studio for customization and a starting price around $1.2 million. A second Las Vegas project in Summerlin’s La Madre Peaks Village also unveils three similar designs, with site work underway and sales anticipated in the near term. In Williamson County, Tennessee, Franklin Ridge marks the company’s second local development, already selling homes with a starting price around $1.5 million and plans for three more neighborhoods in 2027, plus additional Toll Brothers projects in the region including Nolensville, Arrington, and Magnolia Green. In Harrison, New York, 2700 Westchester is set to open this fall, offering five luxury townhome designs over 2,900 square feet, with features like an optional elevator and HOA-covered maintenance, plus easy access to major commuting routes and amenities. Overall, Toll Brothers is expanding its urban and suburban luxury footprint with new communities in Las Vegas, Nashville-area counties, and the New York metro area, each emphasizing designer options, resort-style amenities, and proximity to shopping, dining, and recreation.
