Pacific Tropical Storm Julio Not Threatening Land

Tropical Storm Julio formed in the Pacific and is not expected to threaten land, with forecasters saying it will be absorbed by Tropical Storm Iselle later the same day. The broader Pacific activity includes Tropical Storm Lala in the Central Pacific, which forecasters say could influence wave heights and rip currents along the West Coast, even though it isn’t expected to threaten land.
